Thermal Seal Blanket & Cabinetry

A specially constructed Thermal Seal Blanket is installed on the inside perimeter of the hot tub cabinet including the access door.

• The Thermal Seal Blanket and hot tub cabinetry is the first stage of insulation between the elements and the hot tub water.
• The Thermal Seal Blanket and hot tub cabinetry traps excess heat created by the hot tubs pump(s) allowing the hot tub.:to utilize the excess heat, thus, reducing the operating time of the heater resulting in the lowest energy consumption possible.

Thermal Shield Chamber

An air chamber is created between the Thermal Seal Blanket and the EnerSmart Insulation. The "Thermal Shield Chamber" allows the excess heat created by the hot tub pump(s) to circulate around the parameter of the hot which aids in the hot tubs energy efficiency. For example, when the weather is warmer outdoors, your homes furnace or heating system will come on less often. The excess heat makes the outdoor environment around the hot tub warmer resulting in the hot tubs heating system coming on less often!

• Allows the hot tubs excess heat to circulate around the parameter of the hot tub creating the first of two "Thermal Shields"
