The POOL*SPA*SAUNA SHOWROOM business was founded by Brian Ross, whose experience in the industry dates back to 1968. While still extremely active within the company, along with his wife Cathy; daughter Erin has been President for the past 4 years. She is probably one of the most knowledgeable pool and spa people you'll ever meet... particularly when it comes to good water management.

Every POOL*SPA*SAUNA SHOWROOM employee goes through training programs. They have 4 pool and spa technicians on staff, with 2 of these being Master Technicians. No less than ten Water Technicians are on staff to properly test and computer analyse your pool/spa water.

POOL*SPA*SAUNA SHOWROOM is a member of the Pool and Spa Council of Canada. They have won many industry awards, and 2 staff members have the prestigious certification of Commercial Pool Operators (Aquatic Facilities) through The National Swimming Pool Foundation. Between their 2 large showrooms and separate, fully-owned warehouse.
